- 1 out of 5Rating 1.0October 10, 2020I called on Wednesday 10/7/2020 to activate my policy from the quote. I authorized the $199 policy fee to be debited from my account. I received a notice from my bank that the whole policy amount plus the fee ($1295) was debited from my account. I called immediately to goosehead to get my money refunded.. I called my bank today and my money will not be available until Tues 10/13/20 due to monday being a holiday. So that is almost a week. I have no money because that mistake drained my checking account. I have to use credit cards until my money is refunded. I have bills to pay and i cant pay them.
